We offer a diverse range of products tailored to various semiconductor processes such as Thin Film, Implant, Etch, CMP, and more. Our primary product line includes a variety of heaters and ESCs (Electrostatic Chucks) essential for CVD, PVD, and Etch Processes, as well as other components made from Ceramic, Quartz, SiC, and high-performance engineering plastics such as PEEK, PPS, and PETP.

In addition to our product offerings, we provide a comprehensive range of repair and overhaul services for heaters and ESCs used in CVD, PVD, and Etch Processes. We also offer support for various models of RF generators and matchers utilized across different departments in the Fab. Furthermore, our CMP equipment parts refurbishment services cover a wide array of components, including mechanical spindles, slurry and chemical flow controllers, pressure and vacuum assemblies, and servo motors.
